Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription with Happy Hour Club, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay in advance.

 

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you don’t want to renew, you can cancel at any time. You can manage your subscription in two ways:

  • Use the links included in your order confirmation emails
  • Log in to your account page and edit or cancel your subscription directly

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-released product not yet in inventory. At checkout, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or store your payment method until the item is available. Once fulfilled, you’ll be charged for the full or remaining balance.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a refund in line with our Returns Policy.
