Standard Refund & Return Policy
We accept returns and refunds only if the item meets our standard conditions. To qualify, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or damaged products
Items missing original packaging
Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement of equal value.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. To help us process your claim quickly, please provide clear photos of the damaged product, packaging, and any labels. We will review the evidence and determine the best solution based on the situation. Eligible cases may qualify for a replacement or a refund of equal value.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene, or product nature. These exceptions are final and cannot be changed. Please check your order carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before placing the order. Returns will not be accepted for non-returnable products.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please submit your request within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are only accepted for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. If the requested item is out of stock, we may offer a replacement of equal value or a store credit. Please note that exchange shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for the exchange.

Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you paid using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Late or Missing Refunds
