Critical Information: Read Before Purchasing
- THCA Conversion: THCA (Tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is a non-intoxicating cannabinoid found in raw hemp. When THCA is heated (by smoking, vaping, or cooking), it converts into Delta-9 THC, which is the intoxicating compound traditionally associated with marijuana.
- WARNING: Drug Testing Because THCA converts to Delta-9 THC, you will likely FAIL a drug test if you consume this product. Do not use this product if you are subject to drug screening.
Is THCA Legal Under Federal Law?
Yes, our THCA products are legal under the 2018 Agriculture Improvement Act (the “Farm Bill”).
This federal law legalized all hemp-derived products that contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis. Our THCA-rich products comply with this standard, as THCA is a separate cannabinoid from Delta-9 THC.

Is THCA Legal in Every State?
No. While it is federally compliant, some states have stricter laws.
Certain states have banned products based on their “Total THC” content. This calculation includes the potential Delta-9 THC that is created when THCA is heated. A product that is federally legal may be illegal in a “Total THC” state.
