Are your products legal and how?
Yes—everything we offer complies with federal and state regulations in the areas we serve. That said, laws vary by state, so we always recommend double-checking your local rules before ordering.
Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill (aka the Hemp Farming Act), hemp with less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC is federally legal. That’s why products like THCa, CBD, and Delta-8 THC can be sold nationwide—so long as they meet that threshold. Since each state sets its own rules, it’s always smart to check your local laws before ordering.
Will law enforcement know this is legal?
Our products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, but it’s true—hemp-derived THCA Hemp can sometimes look identical to marijuana. To avoid confusion, every order includes documentation of compliance with federal law, along with a scannable QR code linking to its Certificate of Analysis (COA), verifying cannabinoid content and legal status.
That said, law enforcement may not always be familiar with hemp laws, so we recommend:
- Keeping products sealed in their original packaging
- Having the COA handy via the QR code
- Using products in private settings rather than public spaces
- Avoiding travel with hemp products when possible
This helps ensure clarity and peace of mind wherever you go.
What is THCA?
THCa (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in raw THCA Hemp. In its natural state, it’s non-psychoactive—you won’t feel high. But when you apply heat (smoking, vaping, or cooking), THCa transforms into THC, the compound responsible for THCA Hemp’ euphoric effects.
Think of THCa as the “sleeping form” of THC—once activated, it delivers the classic high along with the nuanced effects of the strain you’ve chosen.

Do you test all your products with third-party labs?
Yes! Every flower at Happy Hour Club is lab-tested by trusted third parties for potency, purity, and safety. We believe in full transparency—lab results are always available so you know exactly what’s in every strain.
Can I pick up my order?
Not yet—we currently operate exclusively online. Everything ships directly to your door, packaged with care and discretion.
How are products packaged and shipped?
Every order is shipped in plain, unbranded packaging—either secure envelopes or sturdy boxes—to protect both your privacy and your product.
Will I need to sign for my package?
Nope. Orders do not require a signature upon delivery. They’ll arrive just like any other piece of mail.
Can I edit or add to my order once placed?
Once your order is confirmed, we can’t make product changes. However, if you catch an error with your shipping address or contact info, reach out to us right away—we’ll do our best to correct it before it ships.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We move fast. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then handed off to our trusted carriers. Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Why does my tracking look strange?
Sometimes packages take what looks like a “scenic route.” This is because USPS routes through regional hubs before reaching you. While the path may not look direct, it rarely causes delays—your order is still on track.
My order was marked delivered, but it’s not here.
If your package is marked as delivered but missing:
- Check around your home, mailbox, or building’s mailroom.
- Ask neighbors or property management in case they accepted it.
- Double-check your shipping address in your order confirmation.
- Occasionally, carriers scan packages as delivered a day early.
If you still can’t locate it, reach out to the carrier or contact us—we’ll help however we can.
How fresh are your flowers?
We keep it fresh—literally. Each batch is carefully grown, harvested, and packaged to lock in flavor, potency, and quality.
Do you offer samples?
Yes! Choose between 3.5g of our Indoor Micros or 1g of our Exotic Flower here: THCa Flower Sample.
Once you’ve made your selection, add it to your cart and use the code “THCASAMPLE” at checkout to get your free flower —all we ask is that you cover the cost of shipping.
What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?
We highly recommend adding Route Shipping Protection at checkout. It covers lost, stolen, and damaged packages—giving you extra peace of mind from the moment your order ships.
Sometimes items can get damaged during shipping, and we totally understand how frustrating that is.
If your order arrived damaged, please email us with a photo of the item so we can help make it right.
What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?
You can report any order issues to our team via email.
Please, include a photo of the item received and the name of the missing item(s). Be sure to double-check the package for any notes or packing slips that indicate your other item(s) were shipped separately.
How do I make a return?
Returns must be initiated within 14 of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
Reach out to our customer support team to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
