Our Shipping Policy

All orders placed on our site are packed and fulfilled from our warehouse in the Bay Area, California. Once we receive your order, a shipping label will be created and you’ll receive an email or SMS update with tracking information.

We ship Monday–Friday, excluding certain holidays. Any delays or exceptions will be posted on the announcements tab of our site. Most orders ship out the same day or the next business day and are picked up by USPS. Shipping times typically range 2–5 business days anywhere in the continental U.S., though delivery may take longer during holidays or peak periods.

We ship all orders in discreet packaging—either a bubble mailer or plain cardboard box.

What to Expect:

  • If you’ve received tracking information, your order is already packed and ready for USPS pickup. Sometimes USPS takes a while to update scans, but rest assured your package is on its way.
  • Please be patient with us—we’re a small business and take care to pack each order correctly before shipping. Once USPS receives your package, delivery speed is out of our hands. If you experience an issue in transit, you may need to contact USPS directly.
  • USPS does not guarantee delivery times. If your order is time-sensitive, express shipping is available but speeds still cannot be guaranteed. Shipping fees are non-refundable for carrier delays.
