- Your Responsibility: Our products (including THCA) are derived from hemp and are federally compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill. However, state and local laws are constantly changing.
- You, the purchaser, are solely responsible for knowing and understanding the laws in your state or jurisdiction regarding these products.
- By purchasing, you assume all risk. Happy Hour Club makes no guarantees about the legality of our products in your specific jurisdiction.
2. Product & Health Warnings
- FDA Disclaimer: The statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Physician Consultation: Consult with a physician before use, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking other medications.
- Intoxication Warning: Our products are psychoactive. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery after consumption.
- Drug Test Warning: You will likely FAIL a drug test if you consume these products. These products contain legal cannabinoids that will be metabolized by your body as THC. Do not use this product if you are subject to drug screening.

3. Shipping Policy
- Shipping Restrictions: Due to state-level laws, we cannot ship THCA products to the following states:
- Alaska
- Arkansas
- Colorado
- Hawaii
- Idaho
- Kansas
- Minnesota
- Mississippi
- Montana
- Nevada
- New Hampshire
- Oregon
- Rhode Island
- South Dakota
- Utah
- Vermont
- Washington
- Wyoming
- This list is subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order placed with a shipping address in a restricted state.
- Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
- Damaged: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@happyhourclub.co within 48 hours of delivery. You must include photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.
- Lost/Stolen: Happy Hour Club is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping location is secure.
- Incorrect Address: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
- Seized Packages: We are not responsible for any order that is seized by law enforcement. No refund will be provided.
4. Refund & Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit for the following reasons ONLY:
- You received the incorrect item.
- Your item arrived damaged and unusable (see “Damaged Packages” policy above).
We DO NOT provide refunds or replacements for:
- Products you do not like (e.g., taste, effect).
- Lost or stolen packages.
- Packages seized by law enforcement.
